Understanding Tuition and Billing

Our mobile swim lessons are designed to fit your schedule, and our pricing reflects the quality and convenience we offer. How is tuition calculated?
Tuition is based on the number of lessons you choose to book. We offer flexible packages that cater to different needs, whether you're looking for a one-time lesson or a series of sessions. Each package is priced competitively to ensure you receive the best value for your investment in swim education.What are the billing dates?
Billing occurs at the beginning of each month for the lessons scheduled in that month. You will receive an invoice via email detailing your upcoming lessons and the total amount due. Payments can be made easily through our secure online portal.What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for that session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee, as we reserve that time specifically for you.Are there any additional fees?
